Simple pancake recipe


  • 50 grams Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 grams milk
  • 220 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 70 grams sugar


1.Melt butter in the microwave until it’s a liquid, making sure its not too hot when adding to the mix.

2. Place all ingredients in a bowl, or mixer and combine (until smooth)

3. Cook in a fry pan over low-medium heat using butter to prevent sticking. Use a desert spoon to help measure a good amount of batter. Flip when bubbles appear on the surface of the cakes.

4. Serve as they cook and freeze any that are not eaten, they can be consumed through the week to follow.


Enjoy with your choice of – Honey, butter, syrup, and lemon juice.
