Things of varying importance.

If you’re like me you have an array of things that fall into value categories, for instance:

  • My leather dress shoes are highly important compared to my sneakers.
  • My bluetooth headphones are highly important while the ones that came with my phone are less so.

To clarify, by importance I simply mean: I’d prefer the kids not to touch the upper end items, while the lower end ones are more acceptable.

In saying this they do have supervised access to some highly important things.

My philosophy is: if you don’t want it, broken, covered in food, or lost, put it well out of reach.

Clearly defined boundaries are good for children, there are rules in society, and by instilling them early you set them up to avoid prison later.
