The Short Con

When kids try to get something the only game in town is the short con.

It’s not that it’s a bad tactic because of the methods that they employ (screaming, tantrums, repeating the same thing over and over) but in many cases if they played the long con the rewards would be far greater.

I suppose the risk would also be greater.

Are the just playing the odds?

Are they just hoping to wear us down quick and dirty?

Just remember kids don’t play the long game, if you wait ’em out the rewards could be yours.
