I see it at the park all the time, newbie parents and carers doing things that, to seasoned parents and carers, defy logic.
- Trying to keep shoes on their kid.
- Using open mouth bottles.
- Expecting that their kids will always be angels.
- Thinking multiple progeny will stick together.
Kids at the park are like a freshly raked pile of leaves, one stiff wind turns it into chaos.
Caveat: occasionally I also make some of these rookie mistakes, I’m not too proud to admit.
