Enduring Legacy

Have you ever noticed that some kids shows have an enduring legacy that holds no matter what year a kid is born in.

It’s rare that you’d find a kid who doesn’t like Thomas The Tank Engine, or one that’s not fascinated by Bob The Builder.

The thing that most of these ageless shows have in common seems to be machinery, they all have working machines, building, hauling, working out problems.

Perhaps it’s something innate that kids, or humans, need. We build shelters, storage places, transport machines, we construct our whole environment.
