Friend Zone

Kids generally have a large group of friends that cluster around them when a school day begins, now these may not be their best friends, and sometimes they’re not even in your kids class. But none the less a large collection of kids could also cluster around you, the lucky individual doing the drop off.

Now this presents several intentional emotional responses.

  1. Kid Repulsion; the feeling you get when you know snot and other bodily excretions are in contact with you and your clothes.
  2. Personal Space Incursion; when one or more persons break through your outer defences, in this case it’s usually a swarm of kids.
  3. Unwelcome Touching; Let’s just say some kids are just a little too handsy.

My advice, get the hell out of there as quickly as you can.
