Routines are great, they give structure to your day, week, or year, in a way they almost make you accountable to yourself.
When you’re at home for a long stretch of time it can be easy to let stuff slide, and let’s face it stuff does quickly build up to epic proportions before you know it.
One of the best ways to combat this is to create a routine, a list of things you do on certain days, eg.
Monday: clean bathrooms.
Tuesday: strip bed and change the sheets.
Wednesday: make lunches for the week.
If you can get those things done reach and every day or week you’re already winning.
